何谓好吃的福建虾面?

要煮一碗好吃的福建虾面,是用上等辣椒泥(Chili bowl)炒香干净的虾壳后,和猪骨一起熬煮成香浓的虾汤。之后,选用好的材料和配料,软硬适中的米粉面,如肥美根短的豆芽,新鲜大虾,通心菜, 全熟蛋片,少许肥油的瘦肉,Home Made 油葱,虾汤辣椒油,配同辣椒泥和蒜汁一起食用。那就 ICHIBAN 啦! 我本人喜欢加一些粉肠, 猪排骨,还有烧肉, 那就更加大开口味啰!千万不要加鱼丸之类的配料,其味道不相配的!
