Cooking Feast again!



Cooking Potatoes Pancake in non stick pan.




Here is the final! It is fast to prepare and easy to make. Thus, is tasty! Golden Crispy outer layer, and its soft and full of texture. oooOOoooo......delicious
This is the same ingredient that you make mash potatoes....plus add some bacon and chives, and pan fry it. Olala...




Simple tricks on the mango. put on some special ingredient on top. The chemical reaction make it perfect! heee....cannot tell the receipy :P




Pan Grill Duck



Wah....suckling duck, duck meat color still in pinkies, medium cooked. the taste is good but too much duck fat and makes the meat hard and chewy. Will try this receipy by using duck brest.



A Simple Beef Pot Roast. Like a Stew but just that the cooking method of using water level is different only. Pot Roast need less water then stew, and ingredient are almost the same.

Anyway, the baby potatoes were taste great, and it has a unique potato aroma other then the big potatoes. The beef itself is not tender enough although it used almost 3 cooking hours.....gee. but i think we also used the wrong part of beef to make this dish.......nvm, experiment only ma...can improve it anytime.
